Winter Shipping Guidelines
Due to the nature of our product we aren't able to ship orders when it's freezing. Canadian winter often brings extreme cold temperatures, and from November through March our Winter Shipping Guidelines are in place. Due to the cold weather, we have temporarily suspended shipping to provinces outside of Ontario and Quebec. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

Delivery Timeframes for ON/QC
For our customers in Ontario and Quebec, we do our best to monitor the weather but we cannot guarantee our typical delivery timeframes in the winter. In the event we cannot ship your order within one week due to weather conditions, you will receive an email from our team.
